Smoking is totally forbidden on the terrace of the spa-jacuzzi, on the ball court and in the garden below. THE FIRE HAZARDS ARE MAJOR IN THE PINEDE. Users of the various equipment must adhere to the following schedules, unless expressly authorized by the owners: - Pool: 9.30am - 8.30pm. - Jacuzzi: 9.30am - 9.30pm. - Sauna: 4.30pm - 8.30pm or on request to book a specific time slot. For the peace of mind of all, it is imperative to respect these schedules. Naturism is accepted around the pool, sauna, spa-jacuzzi, inside the house with respect for everyone. A request from those present is desirable. The uses of the pool, the jacuzzi spa and the sauna are the full responsibility of the users. Children are under the exclusive responsibility of their parents and in particular in the use of the pool. Even if the pool has an alarm system, the presence of the children must always be under the supervision of the parents. In the event of an accident, the owner of the guest house could not be liable. Car parking inside or outside the property is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the owner of the guest house could not be liable.
